The Bolton Food and Beer Festival just outside Manchester is a four-day August Bank Holiday spectacular which serves up a series of live cooking demonstrations from celebrity chefs. The festival also features a fantastic specialty market with over 70 stalls plus free family music and street theatre. A dedicated marquee for the celebrity chefs’ cookery demonstrations will be in Victoria Square. Other highlights of the festival include cookery demonstrations by local and regional chefs at Bolton Market, Ashburner Street and the Market Place Shopping Centre.
